Gnawgahyde's Dreadnok Poacher:

Me buddy Thrasher designed this beauty for me.  Put it together outta spare parts and wrecked F.A.N.G.s and such.  You know old Thrasher, he loves them Chain guns, so he slapped me a pair on this flying beauty.  reminds me of the good ''Ole days in Rhodesia with my flex chain feeds looped over and whistling in the breeze.  Course I I told Thrasher I need me some halogen spotlights under the chin so I's can spotlight me prey.  Course I don't get too much use out of it, mostly I uses it to  patrol the portion of Cobra island Zartan brought me here to stomp around in, you know the area around his bunker in the swamp.  met a real nice fellow our there, goes by the name of Croc Master, 'cept he don;t like me messing with the reptiles much, but we get along alright.  I took the bird up last week and shredded me a pack of wild dogs.  Threes a lot of them critters running around feral nowadays after cobra island was mostly evacuated, and the pets left to run free.    But here she is, my Poacher.  I plan to reletter the sides a bit better later, all Thrasher had was a can 'O spraypaint.  Seems to me I ain't seen much o Thrasher lately, or any of the Dreadnoks nor Zartan lately, you don't suppose they forgot about 'Ole Gnawgahyde do ya?

She's for sale if you want her, just E-mail me

To make this, I took a Soldier-Force helicopter, spray-painted it flat black.  I then took it and used a bandsaw to cut off the pintle mounted gun post in front of the cockpit.  I took two Soldier Force Gatlings and hot-glued them to the posts that orginally had a pair of missles.  The ammo belts are inserted into the feed tray and looped up to be placed in the slot immediatley above it.  I painted 'Dreadnok' and 'Poacher' on either side of it to look like graffit, and i stenciled some animal sillouettes for Gnawgahydes kills on the right side.  I also painted 'Donut 1' on the right side and 'D1' on the tail  fin.  My first custom, simple.  I really need to get a good focuing camera or a digital, becvuaes the flat scans and polaroids are the worst.
